How long have you been in business?
Emergency Lite Service Center, Inc. Has been in business Since June of 1986 and we have had a Store Front since then. Our Website www.EmergencyLight.com has been online since 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
Exit Signs, Emergency Lights, Life Safety Products, NFPA 101,UL924,Replacement Batteries,Emergency Lighting Inverters,Battery Backup Lights,
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Specializing in Electronics Repair was my background and when I started this company Emergency Lights, Exit Signs & Emergency Lighting Power Inverters were our main product to service. However, with the change in times the need for service on Exit Signs and Emergency Lights has declined significantly yet the Emergency Lighting Inverters are still serviced and maintained by our company for 30 years now.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are Emergency Lite Service Center, Inc. | That is what we do - Emergency Lighting. Service is key.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 Main location in Minneapolis, MN and we have several warehouses throughout the United States, Canda & Europe for fast delivery to our Customers.

( ELSC, INC. ) is located at 2525 Nevada Ave. North # 308 Golden Valley, MN If traveling on Hwy. 100 Exit on Duluth Street which is the same exit as the Minnesota State Patrol Headquarters and also Honeywell Corp. If traveling on Hwy. 169 Exit on Medicine Lake Road, our Offices and Warehouse are between Hwy 100 and Hwy 169 just off Medicine Lake Road. Call 763-542-3155 for Directions

We service the 5 state are Including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota as our main service area however we travel to any location and recently have been as far as Hawaii and Guam.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Director of Operations is Justin Schloesser, he is a Minnesota raised guy and has worked with the company since 1995 part time and full-time since 2002. He has worked every position at the company in his many years and since 2008 he has been our Office Manager and the Director of Operations.
