Graybow Communications Group is a Minneapolis, MN–based, commercial audiovisual company providing Custom Solutions, On-Premise Support, and Cloud Services to its customers throughout North America. Established in 1996, we specialize in the design and integration of custom AV solutions; sale and rental of presentation technologies; onsite technical expertise including full time onsite AV staffing; event coordination and maintenance and service. Approximately 70% of our projects include both design and integration services. Our on-site staffing and event management, equipment rental, maintenance and service comprise the remaining 30%. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We perform design, engineering, procurement, consolidated invoicing and management services from our office in Golden Valley, MN. For national installation work, Graybow Communications utilizes its established national network of trained and certified professional Local Service Providers (LSPs). We establish clear project performance expectations and customer service guidelines for our LSPs to ensure that the quality of the services provided by them meets our highest standards. Our Project Managers have considerable experience directing projects in multiple geographic areas and working with our LSP network to maintain the requirements and expectations set forth consistently across North America. The greatest advantages of this strategy are: the consistency and reliability resulting from a central office driving project success, the efficiency gained by having the same LSP provide post-project service maintenance and the minimization of travel and per diem expenses.
In many instances, our established network allows Graybow to bid the project to multiple LSPs to keep the costs competitive. The work to develop and cultivate LSPs to meet our required high level of service and qualifications has been done over many years and this effort continues.

Jeffrey Jacobsen, CEO, and Thomas Lutsey an inactive investor holding the title of Vice President own Graybow Communications Group LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation, equally. The Board consists of the equity owners plus an outside Director Tom Burgess (a business associate of Thomas Lutsey).
