What is your primary product or service?
We work directly with employers to to help them control their workers compensation program, reduce the claim count when possible. Following claims closely and setting realistic expectations along with creating effective teams yield results every time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are unique in our category because our consulting team is technically solid, experienced and produces quantifiable results while working in a collaborative rather than confrontational environment.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one primary location, however our clients are local, regional and national companies operating in many different industries.
What type of payments do you accept?
Presently we accept checks.
Which areas do you service?
While the lion's share of our work is with Minnesota employers, we also have clients in neighboring states as well as clients with work sites anywhere in the country.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Kim Burmeister is the owner and president of our company
What are your hours of operation?
Our core hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, as necessary, we do extend our work days.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The very best compliment we work for is when a client suddenly looks at us in a little bit different light and has the aha moment when they tell us, "Now I get it!"
