When you are faced with a long-term care situation, we can help you evaluate and analyze the best available care options for your particular needs. Our top priority is to find compatible caregiver matches for each of our clients and to work together to allow you or your loved ones to stay in the comfort of your home for as long as you choose. Our goal is to empower clients to develop an at-home solution that fits with their unique set of needs and desires. The Crystal Care Companies go one step further by providing Care Coordination services that can manage all aspects of a client's care and represents a meaningful alternative to facility-based assisted living. The Crystal Care Companies team of highly trained clinicians provide an interdisciplinary approach to our home care patients. Team members include: RNs, LPNs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, home health aides, social workers, personal care assistants, and other medical specialists. The Crystal Care Companies provide flexible options for determining the amount service that is required for you or your loved ones. The Crystal Care Companies strive to provide high quality, reliable, and consistent care by maintaining a well trained core group of primary caregivers and emphasizing continuity in the delivery of services. The Crystal Care Companies carefully screens, recruits, and trains licensed and unlicensed direct caregivers. All of our caregivers undergo extensive background checks and competency exams. We provide individualized care and always treat our patients with dignity and respect. We put our promises in writing so that you know exactly what you can expect regarding the services that you will receive from The Crystal Care Companies. We pledge to uphold our promises and provide you the highest level of care.
What type of payments do you accept?
Many long-term care policies will reimburse for personal care services. Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance usually pay for skilled nursing services and therapies.
